Viva Buses for Cultural and Historic Sites:
Via, the San Antonio public transportation system, operates three Viva buses [Viva Culture (Bus 11), Viva Missions (Bus 40) and Viva Centro (Bus 301)] that connect museums, the World Heritage Site San Antonio Missions, and other cultural institutions in the city.  A single ride ticket costs $1.30, but a day pass costs $2.75 and covers all other bus lines, too.  Check the Viva webpage to see the routes, to identify places of interest served by the Viva bus lines, and times of operation.
